What is a Gong Bath?

A Gong Bath (or Sound Bath) is an immersive sound meditation. There's no water involved—the name comes from the experience of being "bathed" in sound waves. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing frequencies of gongs and singing bowls wash over you.

It's a passive experience that requires nothing from you but to be present. Most people feel deeply relaxed, calm, and mentally clear afterwards.

What to Expect

Duration: Sessions typically last 60-75 minutes, including a gentle introduction and time to settle afterwards.

What to Wear: Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You will be lying down for the duration of the session, so comfort is key.

What to Bring: We recommend a yoga mat, a warm blanket, a pillow for your head, and perhaps an eye mask. The body temperature can drop during deep relaxation.

The Experience: You'll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and simply listen. No effort is required. The sound will do all the work.
